How to Make a Smoothie

1. Find all of the fruit in your house.
2. Put it in a blender with some ice.
3. Press ANY of the buttons.

1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar

fill blender with ice. don’t forget to put the lid on. plug in the blender. hit button closest to the right side of the panel.

1 cup peanut butter
1 can chocolate energy like ensure or protein stuff
1 banana
1 cup milk

fill with ice. blend.

I couldn’t just keep the recipe to myself. I had to share it with the world.

I just had another one of my awesome orange/pineapple/blueberry/banana/strawberry smoothies today.
