Radio Lab definitely has more of a "produced" quality to it, edited like a music video or short film.

I listen to TAL every week, and have the podcast on my iPod, so I can listen again.. :) RadioLab is new to me, but I really like it too.. it's a little more.. something. Comical? Theatrical? Not sure how to articulate it. When I hear these shows though, it makes me wish that I had continued or pursued radio. I always love finding that perfect song for the situation...

When I was driving to the local game store on Sundays, I loved listening to This American Life. Each show was really mesmerizing.

I've checked out the podcasts since then but, unfortunately, I seem to have a hard time listening to radio outside of a car setting.
